Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to generate sales target
∎ The applicant should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization
∎ Deal with prospective clients, provide information over the phone, face to face meeting, visit site and collect outdoor prospect regularly
∎ Regular following-up clients and maintain their update records in ERP system.
∎ Visit the apartment with the client for meet queries and satisfy
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e. check application form, prepare payment schedule, prepare the DOA and signing to the client
∎ Sharing ideas about how to improve sales with the group leader/team head and other colleagues
∎ Any other activities assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have the overall knowledge of the real estate sector including sales, marketing etc.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
