• Minimum 3 years of experience in property sales (Having experience in JOLSHIRI ABASHON will be prioritized).
• Must be known to drive Motorcycles. (Who have motorcycles will be prioritized).
• Must have strong understanding of Sells Documents.
• Have to be smooth in both Bangla and English typing.
• Must have a strong record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and confidence in handling clients.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be field-oriented, energetic, and result-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Manage property sales and maintain strong client relationships.

• Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.

• Work with creative and sales teams to develop marketing materials.

• Promote properties through both digital and offline campaigns.

• Participate in real estate expos, fairs, and promotional events.

• Ensure regular follow-ups and successful deal closures.

• Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
