• Inform the supervisor about product shortages or unavailability.

• Ensure timely product requisition to maintain uninterrupted delivery.

• Monitor customer compliance with target discounts and commission disbursement.

• Analyze and determine market size and potential growth opportunities.

• Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good analytical and reporting skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools & ERP System.

• Field-oriented with strong customer handling capability

• Responsible for achieving the sales target.

• Create new customer, increase of market share, development of marketing strategic plan, and works for achieving the plan.

• Collect, forecast and analyze the market data for operating plan.

• To ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develops and recommends product and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

• Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.

• Encourage agents to boost up product sales at the same time to increase collection flow.

• Establish regular customer visit and respond to customer complaints by providing corrective feedback.

• Always try to comply with company's policy, sales must be done smoothly and regularly avoiding any sorts of unwanted clarifications.
