∎ Working experience in Sales & Marketing is Bank/Non-Banking Financial Institution/Inspection Survey & Valuation Company/Real Estate Company/ any other reputed local/ Multinational Company/Insurance Company etc.
∎ Experience and age may be relaxed for well deserving candidate.
∎ 3-6 years’ experience in relevant field with Excellent writing skill in English.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and persistent approach to overcoming challenges.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
∎ Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
∎ Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to interpret marketing metrics.
∎ Passion for creativity, innovation, and achieving results.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ On-board new clients, both institutional & individual especially bank/NBFI.
∎ Visit existing clients at certain interval and ensure that the service is delivered accurately & timely.
∎ Lead the ideation, development, and execution of creative marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business and sales objectives.
∎ Develop new, inventive strategies for reaching target segments and maximizing brand visibility to increase the sell.
∎ Continuously analyze and optimize digital content to improve results and ensure goals are met.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
∎ Provide creative solutions to challenges, always aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes.
∎ Collaborate with the team to innovate new ways of improving productivity and efficiency.
∎ Cultivate a culture of persistence and creativity within the team, encouraging innovative thinking and a results-driven mindset.
∎ Details knowledge about all digital platforms, technology and computer.
