Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
animal husbandry, Poultry Farm Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure necessary tasks i.e. washing, cleaning, disinfectant, swab report, renovation work, etc., and prepare the house within the stipulated time to start the next flock.
∎ Ensure & achieve the STD body weight, depletion, settable eggs recovery%, DOC/hen house, etc. which is set in departmental KPI
∎ To make the budget of respective Breeder for farm operation as per instruction by department head when required
∎ Provide technical support regarding bird's and farm's condition time to time - Daily
∎ To prepare a work plan for all staff considering house cleaning, house preparation, brooding, growing, pre-laying & laying period - Daily
∎ To check all activities on-farm management from time to time
∎ To prepare all technical programs like required equipment calculation, proper equipment setup, feeding program, drinking system, medication program, health monitoring program, vaccine program implementation, lighting program, male mixing & replace program, hatching egg management program, dead bird disposal program, etc.
∎ To prepare ventilation program and reviewed based on birds age, season & sudden environmental change - Daily
∎ To prepare and ensure farm bio-security program as per company standard - Daily
∎ To make an advance work plan for the next day & deliver this program to officers - Daily
∎ Conduct mentoring program and different training to extended knowledge of farm personnel on-farm management
∎ Ensure all activities of ISO & HACCP according to Standard requirement - Daily
∎ To ensure different reports & check data entry software program - Daily
∎ To maintain overall farm administration activities - Daily
∎ To accomplish any related works assigned by Sector In-charge of PS Own Farms When required
