∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check GSD patten based on the sample.
∎ Prepare operation bulletin (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing) based on GSD SMV.
∎ Prepare thread consumption based on the sample.
∎ Make the folder requirement and discuss it with the technical & maintenance team.
∎ Set the target and make machine layout as per SMV technique for every style.
∎ Prepare training scheme to develop new operator.
∎ Give operator and machine requirements if necessary.
∎ Follow the line feeding.
∎ Prepare skill inventory for the operator.
∎ Plan style-wise incentives for increased efficiency.
∎ Book monthly machine requirements based on online booking status.
∎ Prepare manpower projection based on online booking status.
∎ Follow the hourly production report.
∎ Follow the individual line efficiency and prepare the report for management.
∎ Calculate the floor efficiency and submit the report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
