∎ Age at least 22 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Create New Dealer Hunting.
∎ To achieve monthly Sales targets.
∎ Daily Route wise visit ensure.
∎ To look after direct sales, Secondary Sales, promotional activities.
∎ Regular basis market visiting and meeting potential Dealers.
∎ Daily sales report submit to supervisor.
∎ Maintain, develop relationship with existing & new customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports and submit to supervisor.
∎ Update daily, Weekly and Monthly dealer database and report to supervisor.
∎ Process customer order and prepare quotation as per order.
∎ Ensure timely Secondary Sales product delivery and setting at customer point through distribution.
∎ Lead and schedule daily/weekly and/monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.
∎ Track sales team metrics and report data to management on a regular basis.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Build a positive inter-personal relationship with Dealers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Competitive Management.
