Other Requirements
Proven 7+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing as District manager/Area Manager or a similar role.
Proven track record in Retails showroom sales of Home Appliances Business.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth showroom operation.
Developing a sales plan with the showroom manager.
Promoting products and services offered by the organization.
Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
Regular basis market visit & meeting potential clients.
Maintain, develop relationship with existing & new Customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.
Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
Manage day-to-day performance of all Showroom.
Lead and schedule daily/weekly and/monthly team meetings with showroom manager and team.
Any other task assigned by the Competitive Management.
