∎ Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a corporate/B2B sales role within the tiles industry.
∎ Demonstrated ability to contribute to sales targets and build client relationships.
∎ Basic understanding of the tiles market and product applications.
∎ Experience working with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, Army, Navy, Air Force and other Govt. project is highly desirable.
∎ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
∎ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Customer-focused approach with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the development and execution of corporate sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the tiles business.
∎ Proactively identify and research potential corporate clients, including real estate developers, construction companies, hospitality groups, various government offices and large commercial enterprises.
∎ Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, architects, interior designers, and project managers.
∎ Understand client project requirements, provide product information, and assist in presenting tailored tiling solutions.
∎ Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
∎ Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth project coordination and exceptional customer service.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
∎ Participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
∎ Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and progression.
