Additional Requirements:
Working knowledge of GIS-based verification to support accurate site and client location validation.
Ability to prepare regular reports and perform effective follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience in managing client retention, including proactive measures to prevent service discontinuation or downgrades.
Hands-on experience in facilitating agreement and contract signing, ensuring alignment with company policies and timelines.
Responsibilities & Context:
To achieve revenue targets and ensure monthly sales targets.
To maintain strong client relationships by leading client engagements and meetings.
To liaise with prospective clients to generate new sales opportunities and links
To conduct business development and market research activities.
To ensure smooth service delivery by confirming work orders in line with initial survey details and coordinating related service requests as per company policy.
To assist in preparing and executing agreements by drafting generic agreements and NDAs.
To manage reporting and follow-up by maintaining proper client documentation and an updated database.
