Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create New sales partner and sales point.
∎ Ensure the daily route wise visit.
∎ Look after direct sales as well as Secondary Sales, promotional activities.
∎ Coordinating with the with the service team to ensure smooth service of partner’s client.
∎ Regular basis partner visit & meeting potential sales partner.
∎ Prepare & submit daily reports to the line Manager.
∎ Achieve monthly Sales targets Item wise.
∎ Market visit & creating market opportunity in Outdoor Advertising.
∎ Maintain, develop relationship with existing & new Customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports and submit to the line Manager.
∎ Create proper database of all client and keen in maintaining the records.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Build a positive inter-personal relationship with partners.
∎ Maintain communication with existing customers.
∎ Process customer order, prepare quotation and ensure the payment collection and installation with happy call.
∎ Ensure product delivery and setting at customer point through distribution & service team.
∎ Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members.
∎ Lead and schedule daily/weekly and/monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.
∎ Track sales team metrics and report data to management on a regular basis.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Any other task assigned by the Competitive Management.
