Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate in Applied Physics & Electronics or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Biomedical Engineering or similar Manner/Subject from Government recognized reputed University or College Only.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have product knowledge regarding Ophthalmic, surgical consumables and other medical disposable items.
∎ Do marketing and promotion of different medical products of our organization.
∎ Do work according to a particular work plan.
∎ Ensure revenue and sales growth of our organization.
∎ Regularly visit doctors, hospitals and other institutions to market our products.
∎ Report to Head of Marketing directly.
∎ Submission of Daily Call Report/Weekly Call Report
∎ To act proactively where deem necessary of the organization.
∎ Perform any other legal instructions by supervisors.
∎ Abide by the rules and regulations of the organization.
∎ Effectively & efficiently communicate with the Customers as per Visit Plan.
∎ Frequently visit Doctors, Private & Government Hospitals & Clinic.
∎ Well informed about Government Tender and ability to prepare necessary papers/documents for participating Government Tender.
∎ Develop a good Customer relationship and Patients Management.
∎ Create sustainable demand in the market.
∎ Achieving sales objectives.
∎ Disseminating scientific information to the medical Community.
∎ Capitalization of Business Opportunities of the assigned territory to achieve targeted financial outcome.
∎ Exploring new markets.
∎ Identifying new customers
∎ Arrange Clinical Meetings, Seminars & Symposium.
∎ Collect and analyze the date for preparing marketing strategy.
∎ To Involve with Service of all Ophthalmic Equipment.
∎ Ready meet any emergency service at the Doctors' Chamber or Hospital anywhere in Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 Years job experience in a reputed relevant (Ophthalmic) Organization will get an additional preference.
