Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining financial records.
∎ Handling accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Creating and processing invoices
∎ Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
∎ Sending bills and invoices to clients
∎ Managing company's accounts payable and receivable
∎ Tracking organization expenses
∎ Processing refunds
∎ Prepare record the all official documents.
∎ Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
∎ Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
∎ Handling queries related to accounts.
∎ Direct Participation in all Banking Activities.
∎ Record the attendance of office staffs.
∎ Monitor and checking the inventory daily basis.
∎ Checking the stocks of all Products and prepare the stock report.
∎ Make sure the proper utilization and keep good running position of all Company assets.
∎ Coordinate between all the departments of the company.
∎ Prepare all Financial Report and Stock Report and give to the Managements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have well expertise in MS Word & MS Excel.
∎ Experience: Two years work experience in Accounts Section in a national or multinational Company will get more preference.
