Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales order approval after cross checking with bank credit and ledger balance
∎ Daily Sales collection report preparation
∎ Collection entry posting in software
∎ Customer ledger reconciliation
∎ Monthly Dealer commission, incentive checking and posting in ERP
∎ Monthly sales team's TA/DA and incentive checking and posting in ERP
∎ Month end customer ledger confirmation
∎ All collection accounts bank charge posting in ERP
∎ Weekly bank reconciliation of all collection account
∎ Reporting on monthly sales and collection
∎ Reporting on sales receivable with aging analysis
∎ Month end accounts closing activities
∎ Other works as per supervisor's instruction.
∎ Daily fund position monitoring.
∎ Planning inters account fund transfer requirement.
∎ RTGS/BEFTN form prepare and sign from bank signatory.
∎ LC wise raw materials import costing.
∎ Foreign suppliers payable recording and import documentation.
∎ Plant wise daily stock position monitoring.
∎ Preparation of payment schedule for monthly Salary & TA-DA to ensure disbursement to employee through cash/bank.
∎ Ensuring all loans recording in software and reconciliation of those ledgers/register regularly.
∎ Bank loan interest provision and recording.
∎ Monthly reporting of loan outstanding and repayment schedule.
∎ Monthly reporting of cash inflows and cash outflows.
∎ Ensuring trial balance reconciliation in regular interval.
∎ Month end accounts closing activities.
∎ Other works as per supervisor's instruction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years CA Article ship from reputed CA firm;
∎ Knowledge on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
∎ Knowledge on Income Tax Act 2023, VAT & SD Act 2012, Companies Act 1994 and other business laws;
∎ Computer literacy and working knowledge on ERP software.
∎ Reporting & presentation ability;
∎ Good analytical and proactive problem-solving skills;
∎ Quick learner and ability to work independently;
∎ High interpersonal skills with an ability to work under pressure;
∎ Good communication skills with cross functional departments
∎ Willingness to work in a team proactively and individually.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Expertise in Excel, and PPT.
∎ Require working additional hours as and when needed.
∎ Using computer and digital devices for long hours is required.
∎ Have to visit to field/project offices as and when needed.
∎ Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference
