Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview:

You will represent our exclusive real estate portfolio, manage key client relationships, and drive successful high-value transactions while maintaining the brand’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Actively source new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and property showings, effectively communicating our value proposition.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and respect.

  • Sales Reporting: Regularly report to the Team Leader on sales activities, challenges faced, and customer feedback.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about the local real estate market and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process and post-sales follow-up.
