Job Context:
∎ Stardust Telecom Ltd. is looking for Senior Engineer - NMC & Tech Support for MiME - ISP operations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Data, Transmission and Access Network of ISP, IIG and NIX.
∎ Monitor applications and service platform.
∎ QoS Report preparation and analysis.
∎ CORE service provisioning for customer from data network devices like Juniper, Mikrotik Router and switches.
∎ Day to day Core IP network operation for ISP/IIG/NIX.
∎ Supervise Team members as a lead.
∎ Resolve and/or escalate network fault.
∎ Maintain log of network issues.
∎ Trouble ticket handing.
∎ Inform to the respective team regarding fault issues (fault notification).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have hands on experience specially on Juniper device.
∎ In-depth knowledge of network devices i.e. Juniper /Mikrotik, OLT.
∎ IP networking knowledge, i.e IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, STP, RSTP, OSPF, BGP.
∎ Sound knowledge on L2 and L3 segments.
∎ Hands on experience on global routing.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work in roster schedule including night shift.
∎ Must working experience in ISP/IIG.
