Responsibilities & Context:

1. Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and related materials thoroughly to identify key technical and commercial requirements.

2. Analyze tender requirements and prepare BOQ, RFQ, and technical/commercial clarifications (if required).

3. Float RFQs to manufacturers/vendors, maintain continuous follow-up, and collect quotations and supporting documents.

4. Review and verify manufacturers/vendors documents in line with tender requirements and provide necessary feedback.

5. Coordinate and communicate with the employer/client on tender-related matters, including attending meetings or site visits and issuing official correspondence when required.

6. Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance, logistics, etc.) to collect and organize required documents.

7. Prepare, compile, and finalize complete technical and commercial bid proposals within the submission deadline.

8. Take ownership and lead assigned tenders from initiation to submission.

• 9. Maintain proper documentation and archive all tender-related records in the company portal in a systematic manner.

10. Perform any other related duties assigned by the Team Lead or Management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical sector tendering and related work.

• Hands-on experience with the e-GP Portal is mandatory.

• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, patient, and capable of accurately analyzing large tender documents.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF documentation tools.
