Proven experience in Solution Developer (C#, ASP.Net, SSRS, JIRA, MySQL & MSSQL Server)

Strong proficiency in GitHub technologies Hands-on experience with React/ReactJS and web development with
Familiarity with cloud computing and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of mobile application development for both iOS and Android platforms
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, extensive leader- ship experience, and a proven track record of managing and guiding software development teams. This role is pivotal in driving the development of our ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, smart factory solutions, mobile applications, and server/database management.
The candidate will be responsible to :
Lead and manage a team of software developers in an Agile/Scrum environment
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, smart factory applications, and mobile applications
Provide technical leadership and guidance in .NET technologies, SQL, and Micro soft Report Builder
Write and review complex queries, store procedures, and functions
Develop and maintain web services using ASP.Net
Ensure the team`s adherence to best practices in software development and deployment using TFS (Azure DevOps) and JIRA
Manage server and database environments, ensuring optimal performance and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team
