Responsibilities & Context:

Service Delivery & End-User Support

• Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot the enterprise Windows environment (including OS deployment, endpoint security, patching, and performance optimization) to ensure a seamless experience for all staff. Ensure Risk management and Data protection.

• Supervise day-to-day technical assistance and helpdesk operations. Ensure swift, empathetic resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues while maintaining high internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Infrastructure, Security & Centralization Management

• Supervise the setup, maintenance, and optimization of Active Directory (AD) and Windows Server environments. Good command over Linux Server environments and open-source IP telephony systems.

• Oversee the configuration and management of manageable switches, routers, firewalls, and Cloud-controller-based Wi-Fi ecosystems.

• Drive IT efficiency through centralized print management, network monitoring system, secure file-sharing setups, Google Workspace optimization, and modern enterprise CCTV tracking.

IT Governance, Policies & SOPs

• Develop, implement, and audit comprehensive IT policies, security guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with global best practices.

• Map out service delivery frameworks, disaster recovery plans, and asset management processes to ensure business continuity.

• Ensure all technological operations comply with organizational standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory frameworks.

Process Innovation & Modern Tech Integration (Beyond IT)

• Actively engage with production and operations teams (specifically within garments/accessories manufacturing) to identify workflow bottlenecks and engineer tech-driven solutions.

• Demonstrate strong control over cutting-edge AI tools to automate routine tasks, optimize data analysis, and improve decision-making processes.
