Experience:

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Food (Packaged)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Knowledge of Odoo software will be preferred.

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Monitor and maintain daily ERP system operations.

• Provide ERP user support and troubleshoot system-related issues.

• Coordinate with different departments to understand ERP requirements and operational challenges.

• Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and system integrity.

• Generate and analyze ERP reports for management purposes.

• Assist in ERP implementation, customization, and module upgrades.

• Conduct user training sessions on ERP software and processes.

• Maintain proper ERP documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.

• Coordinate with software vendors and IT teams for technical support.

• Ensure data backup, security, and confidentiality within the ERP system.

• Support inventory, production, HR, accounts, commercial, and compliance modules as required.
