• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.

• High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Excellent command of MS Office, email, and digital communication tools.

RTL Immigration & Visa Advisory is seeking highly professional, disciplined, and target-driven Senior Counselors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of international education systems, visa procedures, and client relationship management. This is a result-oriented position with high standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to clients on study abroad, immigration, and visa procedures (Australia, Europe).

• Conduct in-depth profile assessments, identify eligibility, and recommend the most suitable academic or immigration pathway.

• Ensure strict compliance with institutional and embassy documentation standards.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all client communications and file handling.

• Convert inquiries into successful applications by maintaining a high client satisfaction rate.

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly client progress reports.

• Ensure all communications (email, calls, meetings) are handled professionally and logged properly.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, immigration rules, and international education trends.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets set by management.

• Supervise and mentor junior counselors, ensuring team discipline and work efficiency.

• Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and workshops when required.

• Coordinate with international partners, universities, and embassies for smooth application processing.

• Handle client complaints or escalations in a calm, solution-oriented, and professional manner.
