∎ Master of Arts (MA) in English
∎ Skills Required: Customer Support/ Client Service, Good communication skills, Microsoft Office Suite, Sales target, Customer Service

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To consult with students, guardians and customer about admission procedures of foreign universities and Job placements.
∎ Give clear and accurate information based on the study abroad options, visa laws.
∎ Creating and Managing Customer, Maintain visitors Database and regular follow-up.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
∎ Host seminars with prospective students regarding our promotions and services.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Canada Visa Processing, Japanese Visa Consultancy, UK Visa Processing, usa visa, Visa Consultancy
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Consulting Firms, Immigration/Visa Processing
∎ Experience Requirements: 2 to 5 year(s) experience in relevant fields
∎ Ability to manage the entire relevant post works.
∎ Sound in computer hardware and software management.
∎ Knowledge of Networking and Cyber Security.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
∎ Finest specified reporting skill.
∎ Ability to work in pressure and targets.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
