Job Context:
∎ Looking for an experienced student Counselor / Senior Counselor for multi destinations, particularly for USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Malaysia, Russia and Europe.
∎ Job Location: Kazi Tower, (Opposite of Jamuna F P), Ka 57/1, Pragati Sarani, Kuril, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide counselling to prospective students and their families face to face as well as through other media such as Phone, social media etc. Information them about appropriate institution and program, tuition fees, scholarships, and cost of living in different countries. Also, Guide students through the application and enrolment process for education abroad
∎ Provide personalized advice based on the student's profile and educational background.
∎ Guide students through document preparation, application deadlines, and submission requirements.
∎ Inform students about visa requirements, application procedures, and necessary documentation. Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications plus visa interview to ensure accuracy and compliance.
∎ Advise students on financial planning and options for funding their education.
∎ Organize pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare students for their study abroad experience.
∎ Attend education fairs, workshops, and seminars to network with educational institutions and stay connected with industry developments.
∎ Assist the senior management teams with management reports and special projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Foreign Study Consultancy, Student Admission, Student Consultancy, Student Counselling, Student Visa Processing
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Preference will be given with background from 'O' and 'A' level, or candidates who scored 6.5 or above in IELTS).
∎ Candidates must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in the Education Consultancy Industry.
∎ Must have a pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must be able to work in a team.
∎ Must have strong computer skills (MS Office).
∎ Must be very keen to learn about new things.
∎ We expect the candidates to be polite, patient, honest and dedicated to the work.
