Responsibilities:

We seek skilled and motivated Education Counsellors to join our team, specializing in student recruitment for destinations such as Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the USA, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming phone calls and provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding student applications.
Develop and maintain strong communication and relationships with clients, both in-person and over the phone.
Respond promptly and professionally to online and offline queries, including emails, messages, and phone calls.

Demonstrate strong English communication skills with proficiency in computer operations and internet usage.

Offer comprehensive counseling to students and parents on study abroad options, admission procedures, and academic programs.

Maintain organized student follow-up records and achieve assigned counseling targets.

Prior experience in student counseling for Germany, Malaysia, Cyprus, New Zealand, the UK, or Australia will be considered an added advantage.

Display a professional, dedicated, and enthusiastic attitude toward work.
