∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ WASH and Private Sector Expert: This role involves the integration of WASH strategies with climate resilience and SRHR, as well as the promotion of partnerships with local enterprises. Consultants interested in this position should possess over 10-12 years of consultancy experience.
∎ Economic Empowerment and Livelihood Expert: This position requires the design and implementation of livelihood programs aimed at empowering women, with a strong emphasis on resilience and gender equality. Candidates for this role should also have more than 10-12 years of consultancy experience.
∎ Disaster and Climate Expert: This expert will lead multi-sectoral studies or programs that focus on climate resilience, SRHR, and gender equality. Interested consultants for this position should have at least 12-14 years of consultancy experience, specifically in leading multiple evaluation studies.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All consultants will be engaged in a baseline evaluation study in Bangladesh that pertains to climate change, disaster management, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights) programs.
