Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting social compliance audits and assessments of our suppliers in Bangladesh to ensure compliance with Aldi's social compliance requirements and local and international standards, including but not limited to SA8000, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, and other relevant codes of conduct.
∎ Developing, implementing, and managing social compliance programs for our suppliers in Bangladesh to ensure that they comply with Aldi's requirements and social compliance standards and regulations.
∎ Conducting training sessions and workshops for our suppliers in Bangladesh to promote social compliance awareness and understanding.
∎ Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, including Aldi, to develop and implement corporate responsibility programs, including sustainability initiatives and community engagement.
∎ Supporting our environmental commitments, including reducing greenhouse gas emissions, minimizing waste, and promoting sustainable sourcing practices.
∎ Conducting chemical management audits of our suppliers in Bangladesh to ensure compliance with Aldi's chemical management requirements and local and international standards.
∎ Overseeing digital chemical inventory management using the BHive and BVE3 systems and ensuring that our suppliers in Bangladesh comply with Aldi's digital chemical inventory management requirements.
∎ Preparing and submitting reports on social compliance, corporate responsibility, chemical management, and environmental initiatives to senior management, Aldi, and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience in social compliance auditing and program management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
∎ Experience in developing and implementing corporate responsibility programs, including sustainability initiatives and community engagement.
∎ In-depth knowledge of social compliance standards and regulations, including Aldi's requirements, SA8000, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, and other relevant codes of conduct.
∎ Familiarity with chemical management requirements and standards, including REACH, GHS, and other relevant regulations.
∎ Experience conducting chemical management audits and overseeing digital chemical inventory management using the BHive and BVE3 systems.
∎ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
