Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager who will work directly with one of our Australian clients from the Skin-care industry.
∎ This is a full-time job where you will be working on cultivating global partnerships, collaborating with fulfilment centres, maintaining an excellent level of service etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate business projects with other operation managers
∎ Identify and cultivate global partnership opportunities and develop new relationships in an effort to grow & expand the business
∎ Contacting potential partners/vendors to establish rapport and arrange meetings
∎ Manage retail, wholesale orders, collaborate with fulfilment centres, update inventory and keep track of orders
∎ Analyse and improve the supply chain management
∎ Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve, optimise production strategy
∎ Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve, optimise freight strategy
∎ Maintaining an excellent level of service to the business
∎ Supports all aspects of business projects
∎ Establishes project goals and priorities
∎ Request reports to the company stakeholders for review on a regular basis
∎ Compile information from various sources to formulate a current picture of the company and the market
∎ Create a monthly presentation for the Board of Directors meeting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Prior experience in managing and growing SME Businesses.
∎ Prior experience in managing inventory
∎ Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and G-Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
∎ Experienced in managing company data
∎ Experience in streamlining production, vendor, partnership, freight & inventory management
∎ Excellent communication skills (English)
∎ Good understanding of order management/customer fulfillment in an e-commerce context
∎ Prior experience in the skincare industry or FMCG Market
∎ Previous experience in logistics and e-commerce management
