∎ Working experience with agile methodologies.- Familiarity with system integration technologies like API.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide improvement suggestions to the top management to identify and run improvement initiatives that support strategy deployment, focusing on process improvement and digitalization.
∎ Become a “go-to” person for advice on improvement around processes and digitalization and establish and coordinate global best practice sharing, set up communities, and develop training materials.
∎ Manage and steer multiple projects along the entire project life cycle. (E.g. strategy implementation, improvement & transformation initiatives, focusing on process improvement and digitalization).
∎ Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.
∎ Derive actionable ideas, prioritize, and translate them into projects in alignment with key stakeholders.
∎ Support the Leadership team in identifying and evaluating digital use cases.
∎ Work with business analysts to prepare proposals and supporting documents for tender/bid submissions.
∎ Organize and architect content/features/functionality for new and existing websites and applications.
∎ Review effort estimation and user stories for the projects.
∎ Work closely with key stakeholders to communicate design/product and project strategy.
∎ Determine the best testing approach and partner with the QA team to support the testing of functionality of the projects to meet evolving client requirements.
∎ Supervise the business team including the UI/UX team to achieve their performance goals.
∎ Capture business, functional requirements, Non functional requirements and supervise technical staff to create and deliver solutions.
∎ Determine the root cause of the business problem Responsible for creating artifacts like User Stories, BRS, SRS, FRS, user manuals, RTM, etc. documents according to organizational policy.
∎ Possess up-to-date knowledge about stakeholder management.
∎ Conduct UAT, provide end-user training, and confirm post-implementation support for the live operation.
∎ Maintaining of SDLC process based on different development methodologies
