Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, MIS
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clear Knowledge of the Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), database design documents, testing documents, etc is required.
∎ Clear knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) and SDLC models.
∎ Software Requirements Analysis technics.
∎ Experience in Bid/Technical Proposal Preparation for Govt. project/ Local / International for RFQ, EOI will be given preference in selection criteria.
∎ Excellent documentation skills.
∎ Hands-on experience in content creation tools (for example flow charts, graphics & Video manual/recording/editing tools) will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge in MS Powerpoint with excellent creative skills to be able to create a presentation.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Mock development, Diagram making, and Prototyping tools.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
∎ Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English
∎ Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
∎ Performing requirements analysis.
∎ Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
∎ Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
∎ Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
∎ Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
∎ Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
∎ Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
∎ Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
∎ Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
