Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE or Similar, Master of Science (MSc) in CSE or Similar
∎ Skills Required: Backend Development, CICD, Cloud Platform, Docker based deployment, Product Development, Risk Management, Web Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Agile methodology, CICD, GitLab, JIRA, Linux platforms, OOP and OOAD, Python Django, relational databases (PostgreSQL or Oracle), Software development life cycle (SDLC), TDD
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop back-end infrastructure for a cloud-based platform using Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
∎ Develop features of existing web-based application
∎ Analyze and maintain existing Django application
∎ Design highly scalable, testable code using TDD principles
∎ Write documentation to describe program development, logic coding, and corrections
∎ Collaborate with design and engineering teams to drive digital development initiatives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with back-end development in Python
∎ Ability to write readable code and follow TDD principles
∎ Knowledge and experience in Python frameworks Django and/or FastAPI is preferable
∎ Working knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, cloud technologies a plus
∎ Experience with web development and working with REST APIs a plus
∎ Ability and willingness for rapid context switching
∎ Ability to guide junior developers
∎ Understanding of delivery priority and ability to work under strict deadlines
∎ Has a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
∎ Has no boundary when it comes to tech stacks and open to learn new technologies as needed
∎ Perform damage control when needed
