Job Responsibilities:
∎ To audit the production sites
∎ To prepare the Social Audit report with the rating
∎ To communicate with the production site for the Corrective Action Plan.
∎ To do follow-up audits
∎ To ensure production sites improve their standards of Social Compliance
∎ To support the production control department on Production Audits and ensure no unauthorized subcontracting.
∎ To follow up the production sites on their progress on Structural audits
∎ To follow up the production sites on their progress on Environmental compliance.
∎ To communicate and follow up with the production sites on the Corrective Action Plans.
∎ To collect evidence for the closure of the non-compliance
∎ To prepare weekly / monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports for the department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Excellent written and fluent verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ Good knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 (Including Amendments and Rules).
∎ Experience in auditing for WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, GOTS/ OCS /RCS, OEKOTEX, ACCORD, ALLIANCE, QMS, etc.,
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Energetic, willing to take up challenges, with a positive mindset
∎ Workplace
∎ Work at office and Production unit visit
