∎ SA8000, Lead Auditor Certification, Traceability Audit, Knowledge on Betterwork Platform.
∎ Know-how on Primark Audit Management

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To audit the production sites on a periodical basis.
∎ Audit report preparation within 48 hours (about 2 days) from the date of audit.
∎ To communicate with the production site for the Corrective Action Plan.
∎ To ensure production sites achieve at least an Amber rating and sustain the result.
∎ To support the production control department on Production Audits and ensure no unauthorized subcontracting and unauthorized warehouse usage.
∎ To follow up with the production sites on their progress on Structural audits.
∎ Conduct Initial audit in the new production units to analyze their compliance status including preliminary review on availability of structural documents.
∎ Develop the new factories as per customer code of conduct to on-board them.
∎ Guide the compliance and HR personnel of the existing units to run their factories smoothly as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ To follow up with the production sites on their progress on Environmental compliance and chemical management.
∎ Conduct investigation in the production units to understand the real facts if any grievance arises (comes from brands or any other party) and advise for a resolution.
∎ Provide training to Tex International and the associated production units on social compliance and basic safety protocols.
∎ Follow-up and monitor projects of the customer in the production units like Janbo mora Janabo, Simon project, Amader Kotha, EIS Pilot Project, solar project, Energy assessment, Environmental assessment etc.
∎ Develop, monitor and guide the Tier-1, Tier-2 and dyeing factories to prepare the CAP report, remediate the non-compliance issues raised by the customer.
∎ Attend different meetings and training through physical and virtually like Industrial relations, ethical compliance, environmental compliance, Primark projects, Structural compliance etc.
