∎ Training/Trade Course: International Standards, Auditing

Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set short-term/long-term objectives and targets for continual improvement of the environmental performance of the factories.
∎ Lead all kinds of environmental and chemical audits.
∎ Support social compliance audit programs.
∎ Coordinate with the buyer to fulfill their environmental compliance requirements.
∎ Work on a product circularity program to reduce carbon footprint in the total value chain.
∎ Conduct weekly review meetings and prepare an action plan for the next weeks.
∎ Work in HIGG FEM, BHIVE, ZDHC, RCS, GRS, OCS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX 100, etc.
∎ Maintain buyer's chemical management program, water management program, environmental management program & and waste management program.
∎ Compile Energy, waste, water & and other consumption records to prepare a sustainability report.
∎ Prepare chemical inventory, and waste inventory as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Conduct all chemical and environmental training as per buyer and organizational requirements.
∎ Conduct Environmental and chemical Risk Assessments and deal with related Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
∎ Liaison with third party for the auditing, consulting, and other development program.
∎ ETP and wastewater discharge monitoring of the factories.
∎ To keep tracking and updating all types of environment-related legal and other documents of the factories.
∎ Flood risk assessment coordination and monitoring.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the management.
