Responsibilities & Context:
Computer Science and Engineering background are highly encourage to apply.
Experience in IT product selling will get high priority.
Conduct regular visits to companies for business development and sales.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Generate and follow up on leads through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Develop and execute periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly) marketing and sales plans, along with reports.
Prepare detailed quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the team to prepare and submit tenders.
Achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ideate and contribute to innovative marketing campaigns.
Actively engage in marketing and sales events (expos, fairs, etc.) to promote the brand.
Travel across Bangladesh for marketing initiatives and tender-related activities.
Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for tracking client interactions.
Ability to work under pressure and motivation for learning new things.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies and execution.
Perform additional marketing and sales-related tasks as directed by management.
