• Computer Science and Engineering background are highly encourage to apply.

• Experience in IT product selling will get high priority.

• Conduct regular visits to companies for business development and sales.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

• Generate and follow up on leads through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.

• Develop and execute periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly) marketing and sales plans, along with reports.

• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with the team to prepare and submit tenders.

• Achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ideate and contribute to innovative marketing campaigns.

• Actively engage in marketing and sales events (expos, fairs, etc.) to promote the brand.

• Travel across Bangladesh for marketing initiatives and tender-related activities.

• Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for tracking client interactions.

• Ability to work under pressure and motivation for learning new things.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies and execution.

• Perform additional marketing and sales-related tasks as directed by management.
