Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Ticketing, Bangla and english typing Skills, Customer relationship, Must be able to read and write English, Visa Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airlines ticketing & reservation: creating PNR, issuing tickets using GDS (Travelport/ Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) fare computation, customer service, modification, process, cancelation of reservation.
∎ Flight planning and accurate fare calculations. Provide fare quotation and pricing to the customers.
∎ Must have VISA required papers knowledge for specific country.
∎ Creating market opportunity, client hunting
∎ Meet up the monthly quarterly and yearly sales target
∎ Making invoice & maintaining ticketing and visa related accounts
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication
∎ Must remain updated on airline/travel notices and update reservation team and others accordingly
∎ Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients
∎ Interpret IATA regulations and conversant with IATA portal.
∎ Others work assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
