Job Context:
∎ * We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Senior Assistant Manager Sales / Assistant Manager Sales who has reputed proven Experience in the area of Real Estate Sales.
∎ * If you do not have 05 to 06 Years (s) Experience in Real Estate Sales no need to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ * Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing
∎ strategy for sales.
∎ * Must have sufficient knowledge in Marketing & Sales of Apartment (Flat).
∎ * Must be capable to achieve company sales target on monthly.
∎ * To visit project with clients and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.
∎ * Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ * Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ * Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ * Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact .
∎ * Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for
∎ each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ * Carry out competitive sales study , market survey and analysis business activitis.
∎ * Visit different organization / work site for developing business/ creating new
∎ customers.
∎ * Create sales& marketing reports to top management daily.
∎ * Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new
∎ one.
∎ * Any other Task assign by the Management.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
