Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Executive Sales / Senior Executive Sales who has reputed proven Experience in the area of Real Estate Sales. If you do not have 05 to 06 Years (s) Experience in Real Estate Sales no need to apply.
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in Marketing & Sales of Apartment (Flat).
∎ Must be capable to achieve company sales target on monthly.
∎ To visit project with clients and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.
∎ Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact .
∎ Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study , market survey and analysis business activities.
∎ Visit different organization / work site for developing business/ creating new customers.
∎ Create sales& marketing reports to top management daily.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Any other Task assign by the Management.
