Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The prospective candidates should have hands on experience to handle Distributors for Household products, understand different channels and their respective strategy. Area Executives have to work in the field with the Sales Officers, TSOs and Sales Promotion Officers and check the gaps in both strategy execution and brand promotion and ensure desired targets are achieved.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
∎ Age at most 40 years but may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates
∎ Good business sense
∎ The ability to motivate and lead a team
∎ Excellent communication and people skills
∎ Good analytical and mathematical skills
∎ Good planning and organization skills
∎ Good knowledge on Word, Excel and Power Point
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure
