Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sr. Area Executive will be responsible for managing & leading Distribution Sales consisting of 5-7 districts which are managed by 4-6 Territory Sales Officers for achieving assigned sales revenue and promotional targets. SMC EL handles both pharmaceutical products/drugs and as well as FMCG covering pharmacies and the household channel (grocery outlets) for consumer products.
∎ Directly supervise the Distribution Sales activities.
∎ Maintain effective business relation with stakeholders.
∎ Update field information to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ At least 6 years experience of FMCG Sales; Minimum 3 years of experience as TSO/TM's supervisor or similar role
∎ Age may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates
∎ Good business sense
∎ The ability to motivate and lead a team
∎ Excellent communication and people management skills
∎ Good planning and organizing skills
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with valid driving license is mandatory
