Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced and skilled Android Developer to join our Firm.
∎ As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing mobile applications for multiple versions of android devices. You will work with the Technical team, Software Development Engineers, and Graphics Designers to build a quality app.
∎ You will also be designing and building new generation Android applications that are compatible with multiple Android platforms. You should have extensive knowledge of the Android operating system and its functionalities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualizing and formulating apps that are suitable for use on all types of Android devices.
∎ Implementing measures to safeguard users' data.
∎ Ensuring that the construction and presentation of your apps are congruent with the company's standards.
∎ Proofreading your code and correcting mistakes before each app is released.
∎ Collaborating with UI and UX Designers, as well as Software Testers, to ensure that each app is presentable and in perfect working order
∎ Liaising with the marketing department to ensure consistency in our company's 'voice' across the board.
∎ Monitoring app reviews to detect areas for improvement.
∎ Creating app updates, including bug fixes and additional features, for release.
∎ Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
∎ Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
∎ Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
∎ Develop Front END and Back END
∎ Monitor the apps technical life-cycle during each phase of development.
∎ Design, develop and maintain high quality and general reliable Java codes.
∎ Maintain and update the design specifications and source code for new applications.
∎ Collaborate with the technical team to improve application performance features.
∎ Test the applications, identify the bugs and take measures to resolve them.
∎ Evaluate the existing applications and implement new technologies to maximize app's efficiency.
∎ Identify the variations of fragments and layouts of Android XML and create adaptive interfaces that work with various device form factors.
∎ Collaborate with the Senior Android Developers and Software Engineers to work on different layers of the infrastructure.
∎ Determine the UI/UX requirements, mockups and APIs to develop high-performing Android apps.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 38 years

∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
∎ 3 years of development experience in Android App Development or Mobile App Developer.
∎ Familiar with different versions of Android and Android SDK.
∎ Ability to understand the requirements of business and translate them technically.
∎ Familiar with outside data sources and APIs.
∎ Strong knowledge of Google's Android design principles and guidelines.
∎ Working knowledge of emerging mobile technologies.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Outstanding presentation skills.
∎ Good time management skills
∎ Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
∎ Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
∎ Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
∎ Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
∎ Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as "touch"
∎ Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers
∎ Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
∎ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
∎ Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
∎ A knack for benchmarking and optimization
∎ Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines
∎ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
∎ Familiarity with continuous integration
∎ Proficiency in Java, Katlin, or C++.
∎ Ability to use the Android Studio, including the Android SDK, with ease.
∎ Prior experience as an android developer will be advantageous.
∎ Excellent coding and proofreading skills.
∎ Top-notch teamwork and communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage your workload with minimal supervision.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
