∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Must have minimum 3 years experice in iata agencies.
∎ Must be gds sabre/amadeus/galileo expert.
∎ Must be expert in issue, reissues, exchanges, void, revoid.
∎ Must be practical experice and knowledge about group ticket (manpower,hajj/umrah)
∎ Knoweledge of bsp link/account.
∎ Stay upto date on airlines schedules, routes, fares, and fare rules.
∎ Upto date about new iata polices and immigrations rules.
∎ Train junior reservation agents on gds.
