Requirements:
- At least 4 years

Skills Required: Accounting,VAT and Tax
Additional Requirements:
- Age 27 to 60 years
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, or any custom ERP system).
Proficiency in VAT & TAX laws in Bangladesh.
Excellent analytical and financial management skills.
Ability to handle multiple businesses and generate consolidated financial reports.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and oversee financial transactions for four different businesses using accounting software.
- Ensure accurate data entry, financial reporting, and reconciliation across all businesses at a glance.
- Set up and customize accounting software as per business requirements.
- Maintain and monitor VAT, TAX, and compliance regulations.
- Generate financial reports, profit-loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure smooth payroll processing, invoice management, and expense tracking.
- Work closely with management to provide financial insights and forecasting.
- Train and assist team members in using the accounting software effectively.
