Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger entries.
∎ Implement and update daily cash book, material, stock register and other register.
∎ Coordinating with Bank for daily transaction and maintain bank book and cheque book.
∎ Assist with preparing, reviewing and verifying purchase/Sales orders, vendor invoices and related documentation and confirm authorization; maintain purchase/ Sales files and prepare register.
∎ Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgetary targets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
∎ Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
