• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/BBA (Accounting).

• MBA in Finance / Accounting preferred.

• CA (CC), ACCA, ICMA, CPA (completed) will be a strong advantage.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Age: 30–45 years (flexible for highly qualified candidates)

• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply

• Ability to work independently and handle pressure

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

• Experience in a Senior Accountant / Lead Accountant / Finance Executive (Senior Level) role.

• Mandatory experience working with Xero Accounting Software

• Strong background in VAT, Tax, Audit, and Financial Reporting

About the Role

• We are hiring a Senior Accountant to independently manage the Accounts & Finance operations of the company.

• This role is strictly focused on Finance & Accounting.

• Strong hands-on experience with Xero accounting software and excellent English business communication skills are mandatory.

• This is a senior-level role requiring deep expertise in accounting, VAT & tax compliance, financial reporting, and audit support.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including GL, journal entries, trial balance, and financial closing.

• Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements

• Maintain accurate accounting records using Xero Accounting Software (mandatory)

• Ensure VAT, TAX, TDS, and statutory compliance as per Bangladesh regulations

• Prepare and submit VAT returns, tax filings, and regulatory reports

• Handle bank reconciliation, fund management, and cash flow monitoring

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections

• Support internal and external audits, ensure audit readiness

• Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation schedules

• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Ensure strong internal control, compliance, and financial accuracy

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and management

• Provide financial insights for business decision-making
