• Google Ads Certification.

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.

• Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels.

• Knowledge of CRM software and sales process management.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize SEM campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.).

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

  • Manage budgets, bids, and daily/weekly reporting to ensure campaign success.

  • Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and objectives.

  • Prepare detailed sales proposals that outline SEM strategies, projected outcomes, and pricing structures.

  • Customize proposals to meet the specific requirements and goals of each client.

  • Lead client meetings to discuss SEM strategies, campaign performance, and future opportunities.

  • Present complex data in an easy-to-understand format, helping clients to see the value of SEM initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional conduct.

  • Develop comprehensive SEM strategies that align with clients’ overall marketing goals.

  • Stay updated on the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

  • Identify and recommend new opportunities for client growth and engagement.

  • Work closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

  • Mentor junior SEM specialists and provide guidance on best practices and career development.

  • Act as a key point of contact between the agency and the client for all SEM-related activities.

  • Create detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to keep the agency ahead of the curve.

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant software for tracking and reporting.
