• Google Ads Certification.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales process management.
Develop, implement, and optimize SEM campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.).
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
Manage budgets, bids, and daily/weekly reporting to ensure campaign success.
Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and objectives.
Prepare detailed sales proposals that outline SEM strategies, projected outcomes, and pricing structures.
Customize proposals to meet the specific requirements and goals of each client.
Lead client meetings to discuss SEM strategies, campaign performance, and future opportunities.
Present complex data in an easy-to-understand format, helping clients to see the value of SEM initiatives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional conduct.
Develop comprehensive SEM strategies that align with clients’ overall marketing goals.
Stay updated on the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
Identify and recommend new opportunities for client growth and engagement.
Work closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Mentor junior SEM specialists and provide guidance on best practices and career development.
Act as a key point of contact between the agency and the client for all SEM-related activities.
Create detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to keep the agency ahead of the curve.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant software for tracking and reporting.
