Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC pass.
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to handle the Local Visitor, Close communicate with them when required.
∎ Factory opening & Closing Report prepared and submit.
∎ Security Register Checked and verified,
∎ Able to make proper and effective weekly duty roster for security.
∎ Control and managing power to monitor entire Security Team within the Company.
∎ Co-ordinate with the Management and worker to implement the Security Policy, rules & regulations.
∎ Implementing Security Protocols.
∎ Sourcing Security guards when required & maintain register.
∎ Ensuring proper Training of guards & ensure their uniform and dressing-up in proper manner.
∎ To monitor CCTV footage in a regular basis.
∎ To maintain contracts with local Police Station, Fire Station & other necessary action.
∎ Perform any other work as & when required by Management.
∎ Daily perform assembly in front of the company premises.
∎ To be ensure that no shortage of guards is in any roster & guards should report in the post before 15 minutes earlier.
∎ Security background check immediately (with in a day or two from the joining).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Army Retired Sergeant
∎ Skills Required: Security related activities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Group of Company, Factory administration, Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Ability to work with security guard, and non-management level staff.
∎ Regular inspection of security and sensitive points of the factory.
∎ Ensure correct implantation of security/safety procedures.
∎ Maintain discipline in all production area regarding safety &security.
∎ Report to the authority about the total security conditions of the factory time to time
∎ Prepare report regularly on safety & security problems to the top management.
∎ Maintain & ensure safety in all production area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees.
∎ Ensure all registers and documents are correctly maintained.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Army Experience will be added advantage.
