Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing duty schedule of all security personnel and monitoring work as per schedule.
∎ Arranging and conducting various security related trainings to improve the performance of Security Guards.
∎ To detect and prevent crime in office or branch premises.
∎ To conduct preliminary investigation and timely report to the authority regarding any desirable or undesirable incident.
∎ Maintain good relations with emergency services, police, ambulance and fire services.
∎ Always be prepared to deal with any emergency.
∎ Investigating and reporting security breaches, adverse events and other alarming behavior.
∎ Know and practice fire safety, and supervise when and where firefighting equipment is required.
∎ To arrange and conduct fire safety training in Fare as per schedule.
∎ To engage in any work as assigned by senior management.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ 8 Hours duty (Break 1 Hour).
∎ Weekly 1 day off and will get all govt. holiday.
