∎ Age 24 to 45 years
∎ Experienced in a security-related role (Defense personnel are preferable.)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and security protocols.
∎ Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms promptly and effectively, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
∎ Conduct investigations into security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Provide security training to new staff, ensuring all security personnel are well-versed in safety procedures and policies.
∎ Manage access control systems, ensure proper credentialing, and maintain accurate records of visitors and staff.
∎ Conduct routine security patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for upper management.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall safety of the workplace.
∎ Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
∎ Any other tusk by management.
