∎ HSC
∎ Skills Required: Any relevant to this field, Security related activities, Security Supervisor

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & Train 15 to 20 Security Guards
∎ Recruit & Train Security Guards
∎ Preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard
∎ Ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely
∎ Supervises the security guards force over 2 shifts
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise
∎ Preventing and detecting offences on sites
∎ Maintains the register books
∎ Performs mobile/petrol duty
∎ Prepares incident and accident report
∎ Ensures visitors screening
∎ Ensures vehicle screening

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Retired non-commissioned officer (ARMY), security officer
∎ Ability to work with security guard, and non-management level staff.
∎ Sensitive area must be checked at day and night.
∎ Ensure correct implantation of security/safety procedures
∎ Maintain discipline in all production area regarding safety & security.
∎ Prepare report regularly on safety & security problems to the top management.
∎ Ensure all registers and documents are correctly maintained
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
