Job Context:
∎ We`re looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to ensure the safety of our 3D Art Gallery, its people, and assets. This role involves supervising security and cleaning teams, implementing security protocols, and maintaining a secure environment for all. The Security Supervisor will also handle any additional responsibilities as needed. Additionally, this role includes the meticulous care and preservation of our 3D art at any cost, as well as safeguarding all office assets and various other responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report any issues to the management team promptly and follow security and safety guidelines to keep everyone safe.
∎ Keep a watchful eye on our property, assets, and team, recording daily observations and incidents.
∎ Ensure the office and gallery operations run smoothly by handling tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day activities.
∎ Work closely with our team of cleaners and security personnel to maintain a welcoming and secure environment for our visitors.
∎ Make sure we always have enough delicious food and snacks for our guests.
∎ Create work schedules for our office cleaners to keep our spaces clean and tidy.
∎ Be a role model by showing up on time and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
∎ Be ready to respond effectively in case of any emergencies to protect our guests and team.
∎ Build friendly relationships with our suppliers and vendors to ensure we get everything we need on time.
∎ Keep an eye on our inventory to make sure we never run out of essential items.
∎ Show respect and courtesy to all of our colleagues, including our gallery executives.
∎ Be a team player, willing to help out in different roles when needed.
∎ Help with tracking expenses and managing our budget.
∎ Be ready to think on your feet and find solutions to unexpected challenges.
∎ Care for our captivating 3D wall art, making sure it always looks its best without constant guidance.
∎ Be flexible and willing to take on any other tasks assigned by the management team with a can-do attitude.

∎ Age 20 to 35 years
